How do you actually practise utility on CS2 solo?

I can aim, but my utility is the thing holding me back. Solo queue does not give you reps on set executes and nobody wants to dry-run a nade lineup in a live game. What is your routine? Workshop maps, a dedicated server with bots, or do you just grind faceit and hope?
